 - Account Termination: Accounts may be terminated for providing false information or engaging in prohibited activities.

No Fiduciary Duty: Nothing in these Terms or in your participation in the Program creates a fiduciary relationship between you and Modern-Amenities, LLC. You agree that you are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

Market and Regulatory Risk: Business markets and online commerce environments are subject to rapid changes. Regulatory actions and market conditions may affect results. The Program does not account for real-time market changes, and all strategies are presented for educational use only.

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.

Dispute Resolution: All disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Amendments: Terms may be updated at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email.

 • Consent: By registering for the program, participants consent to receive marketing materials and communications related to Mike Hoffman’s current or future offerings.

 • Opt-Out: Participants can opt-out of receiving marketing communications by replying "STOP" to SMS messages or clicking "Unsubscribe" in emails.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.
