Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 25, 2025
1. Overview
Modern - Amenities LLC & We Scale Creators LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality products and services. We stand behind our Profit Machine System, & Profit Machine Maximizer programs (“Program”) and offer a refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

2. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
 • You must have purchased the Program directly from us.
 • Your request for a refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date of Profit Machine System and within 30 days of purchase of the Profit Machine Maximizer. Any refunds requested or chargebacks issued beyond this period will be considered null and void.
 • You must provide proof that you have engaged in or completed less than 50% of any purchased programs as outlined in Section 5.

3. How to Request a Refund
If you are not completely satisfied with the Program, you can request a refund by following these steps:

Subject: “Refund Request – [Program Name]”
Include:
 - Full Name
 - Email Address Used for Purchase
 - A Brief Explanation of Why You Are Requesting a Refund
 - Proof of Participation: Documentation showing that you have engaged in or completed less than 50% of any purchased program.

4. Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Conditions
 - Timely Request: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date for Profit Machine System or within 30 days of the original purchase date of Profit Machine Maximizer, following the instructions in the “How to Request a Refund” section above.
 - Proof of Participation: Refunds will only be granted if the customer provides evidence that they have engaged in or completed no more than 50% of any program. Requests made without this proof will be denied.
  - Non-Refundable Items: Any refunds requested or chargebacks issued following the 30-day period will be considered null and void.
  - Disputes and Chargebacks: Any disputes filed by the customer, including chargebacks, retrievals, or similar claims, will be considered invalid under this policy. We reserve the right to use this refund policy as evidence against the customer in any chargeback disputes or legal proceedings.

6. Anti-Chargeback
By purchasing the Program, you agree:
 - You waive the right to initiate chargebacks following purchase and receipt of access to the programs purchased.
 - Any chargebacks will be challenged with records of your activity and agreement to these terms.
 - Legal recourse will be pursued for chargebacks made outside of this policy unless mandated by law.
